Spectral Point Profile

Jay L.
List,

Is it possible to plot a spectral point profile and then selectively suppress some bands?  This is after importing, so not a spectral subset a priori.

I ask because the spectral plot does not appear to be respecting 'bad values', set either via the histogram or at import.  Therefore, is the no data value is quite high (as is the case for this dataset, 65535) the true values [0,1] are not meaningfully plotted.

Thanks,
Jay

In-scene signature creation should probably pay attention to bad values so I created an issue in our bug database. https://issues.opticks.org/jira/browse/EXTRAS-265

You can remove bands after import by creating a chip. Select the chipping tool in the Standard toolbar or from the Tools menu. Select Advanced from the dialog. You can deselect bands and a new dataset will be created with the subset.

Cooper, Dan

Has anyone attempted to update the GSoC project extensions for win 7-64 bit and Opticks 4.11??

Which one? A couple of previous projects have been integrated into the core (notably ACE) and get updated as part of the associated core extension. The remaining are generally updated by the original implementer. If there’s a specific one you are looking for I can try and rebuild it for 4.11.0 and post an updated build if the original author hasn’t done so.
